Magnesium Oil Spray

The simplest, most concentrated way to give yourself your daily magnesium boost; unscented. Magnesium is needed for over 300 processes in the body, while at least 75% of the population is deficient. Rebuild your body’s store, and reduce pain, cramps, better your sleep, and moods.

  • Natural spring water
  • Magnesium flakes*

*Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate Flakes, Pharmaceutical Grade, 47% MgCl2 Concentration.

Give several sprays once or twice a day to the more sensitive areas of your body – the inner arms, inner thighs, or the neck. Magnesium is best absorbed through thinner skin. Please note that some people find magnesium oil can feel anywhere from slightly tingly to quite irritating – do not worry, it’s not actually damaging your skin. With frequent use the negative sensation does fade. If it proves too much for you, try the spray on your feet – the toughest area of skin, and work your way from there.

Magnesium is essential for more than 300 reactions in your body, including nerve and cardiac function, muscle contraction and relaxation, and protein formation. As much as 75% of the population is deficient in magnesium because of the way that lifestyles, diet, and processed food have changed in the modern world. Magnesium is best absorbed through the skin, so adding a daily routine of magnesium spray or body butter is one of the best gifts you can give to your body. Magnesium deficiency can cause: anxiety, trouble sleeping, irritability, low blood pressure, memory loss, and muscle spasm/weakness among many other things.

What Does “Saponified” Mean?

Saponification is the chemical reaction used in the soap making process. When the oils and fats are combined with lye (a strong alkali) they are called saponified. At the end of the process the lye is all gone, and you are left with just soap. To learn more about this, have a look at my blog post on the subject.

About “Filler” Oils

Cheaper oils are often used as a “filler” but I don’t use them because they don’t add much nutrient value to the soap.

I don’t use palm oil in any of my products, since its production is harmful to the environment, destroying critical habitat for many endangered species, as well as being linked with the eviction of forest-dwelling peoples. Find out more here.

I only use high quality oils and butters that are filled with beneficial nutrients for the skin. Learn more about this on my blog.
